Booking Duration The standard rental period is 3 days. Please be advised that any rentals exceeding this window will be subject to additional charges.

Delivery and Pickup To ensure you have ample time with your items, our standard service includes delivery the day before your event and pickup the day after. If you require same-day service, please select the Same-Day Delivery option during checkout.

For your convenience, we can place items at the front of the property or in the backyard. Please note that our personnel are strictly prohibited from entering private residences.

Important Considerations

• Delivery Window: Deliveries are scheduled between 12:00 PM and 9:00 PM.
• Setup: The delivery fee does not include equipment setup or installation.
• Stair Surcharge: An additional fee will be applied if items must be transported up or down stairs.

🌺 FLOWER WALL RULES 🌺

❌Guests are not permitted to take flowers off the backdrop at any point during the event. 

❌ Any flowers that have fallen off the flower wall must be gathered and returned at the end of the rental period. 

❌ The flower wall must be placed ideally away from eating and drinking. 

❌ If the equipment is damaged. A picture must be taken and sent explaining the extent of the damage. 

Failure to follow the rules may result in us keeping your security/damage deposit.
